2. Purpose and scope

The website provides information about WAPA, its members and the apple and pear sector. These terms explain permitted use of the public website. They do not replace a separate membership agreement, an event registration agreement or the terms of the external Members area.

The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain the handling of personal information and cookies. Visiting this website does not, by itself, constitute consent to optional tracking or marketing.

3. Responsible use

Please use the website lawfully. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious material, impersonate WAPA or another person, or use the site in a way that infringes the rights of others.

Public availability of professional contact information is not permission to use it for unlawful unsolicited messages or to build marketing lists in breach of applicable law.

4. Copyright, logos and reuse

Website text, photographs, illustrations, datasets, documents, design and logos may be protected by copyright, database rights or other rights belonging to WAPA or their respective owners. Belgian law applies, without depriving users of any mandatory protections available under applicable law. Any jurisdiction is determined in accordance with applicable rules; these terms do not impose an exclusive forum that overrides a user’s mandatory rights.

We may update these terms as the website evolves. The revision date identifies the version currently displayed. Separate contracts remain subject to their own terms and applicable law.
